All their dreams

If there is one thing people can't take away from you, faith it is. This kind of story is always my inspiration. It's not about basketball, it's how you work a lot harder than the others and there is this one day when the moment comes. The moment of truth. The revealing moment you prove yourself to the whole world, if not only to your oneself. How you are able to make all the way to there. How you are able to seize this one moment.

This also reminded me one of my favourite movies, Gattaca, and of course The Shawshank redemption as well, how the characters worked like hell to achieve their dreams. Against all the odds they became who they are.

Allow me to recall what Steve Jobs well said,
'Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.'

I ain't gonna give a fuck about what people think. One of the finest lines in Gattaca by Vincent, 'You want to know how I did it? This is how I did it. I never saved anything for the swim back.'.
I wish there is such a day I could shout this out. Loud and proud.
